It’s Fun to Get Fit


Mondays 6pm-6:30pm

Bellydance is a fun and unique way to stay fit and fabulous! You will learn fun choreography, get a good sweat and burn a ton of calories! 

**This is a barefoot class experience that promotes positive body image and body awareness. 


Tuesdays 6pm-6:30pm

STRONG30 combines high intensity interval training with the science of synced music motivation. It combines body weight, music conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.

Zumba™ Fitness

Wednesdays 6pm-6:30pm

Zumba is a dance fitness class designed to bring people together in a fun, friendly and energetic environment! This class will have you feeling amazing!

Bare Intensity

Saturdays 9:30am-10:00am

Barre Intesity combines attributes of Pilates, dance and functional fitness training.

This class incorporates small isolated movement to fatigue the muscles, large range of motion to elevate the heart rate and sequencing that incorporate upper and lower body to make every minute count. This results in a total full body workout that leaves you mentally strong and feeling accomplished.
