Listen, there is a diet for every day of the week, and they all swear that theirs is the ONE! And, they're right 🤷🏽♀️ It is the ONE, for someone, but maybe not you.
Instead of following this way or that way, and commit to eating a whole food, mostly plant based diet. Let your diet consist of the higheat quality of options out there, whenever possible: Grass-fed, organic, cage-free, gluten-free, no artificial anything. And, eat a wide variety of fruit & veggies, instead of the same ole same ole day in and day out. Try things you never had and try the ones you've had, and didn't like! If they're good for you, eat them until your taste buds change and you start to love them... because they add life to your existence.
We are nutrient deficient because we eat the same foods, day in and day out.
